What is you current Turnaround time for custom orders?

Current turnaround time is 3-5 weeks for tumblers. All other items are listed on their listing. This time can vary depending on our workload. If you need something sooner please contact us here to check our availability.


How do you ship your tumblers?

All tumblers are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once the item has a shipping label created you will receive an email with tracking. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery. All priority mail will include insurance to cover your purchase. This is to cover any damages incurred by the postal service. This does not cover stolen/misdelivered items. 

All smaller items (Accessories, Coasters, Badge Reels, Straw Toppers, Shirts, ect) will ship via First Class package through USPS. You will be emailed with a tracking number as they are packaged for shipping. 

Tumbler Care Instructions:

All tumblers are double walled stainless steel tumblers (unless specified as acrylic. Although epoxy is durable, it can crack if dropped. Also other instructions for your tumbler:

  • Do not soak in water, long exposure can break the seal of the epoxy and ruin your design.
  • NOT dishwasher or microwave safe.
  • Do not leave in direct sunlight for extended periods of time. Although we use high quality epoxy with 500+ heat resistance and UV protection, long term exposure to UV rays can damage/fade your cup design. This can also cause yellowing of the cup prematurely.
  • Avoid long exposures to heat.

Quality Guarantee:

All Tumblers come with a quality guarantee for 1 year from the shipping date. As we strive to make each item as perfect as possible, you may see a few small flaws. Our guarantee covers your cup against yellowing/fading or any problems that occur due to our process. If you have any problems reach out to us HERE.

This guarantee does not cover damage from misuse or dropping.  All tumblers purchases will include care instructions. Please see the FAQs for more information. If your cup becomes damaged, please contact us here. Buyer is responsible for shipping the tumbler and repair cost (if the tumbler is able to be repaired).
